According to imagestation policy on the shutdown and offer to let you switch to Shutterfly.com, if you have mistakenly/purposely/or whatever clicked on some options that leads to the inability of downloading your photos into your pc, then you need to continue reading.
When you chose to migrate your albums to Shutterfly.com or some other options (which I can’t recall at the moment, check them out yourself, will ya?), then you can no longer download the tool that automates the photo retrieval from your account. The solution is pretty easy actually. You will just need to find and download the tool. I have make them available in my website and hopefully you don’t abuse my website limited bandwidth too much.
